Procurement/Supply of HSE Items at PMDC Head Office, Islamabad

The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) Head Office in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed electronic bids from registered parties, contractors, and general order suppliers for the procurement and supply of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) items. This procurement is intended to fulfill safety compliance requirements at the PMDC Head Office located in Sector H-9, Islamabad. Bidding will be executed via a single-stage, single-envelope open competitive procedure managed electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible participants must maintain valid and active registrations for both Income Tax and Sales Tax with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or respective provincial revenue boards, and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidders are required to submit a refundable bid security of 400,000 Rupees in the shape of a demand draft or pay order drawn in favor of PMDC, with the original instrument delivered prior to bid opening. Complete digital proposals must be uploaded through the EPADS gateway no later than 3:00 PM on 09 June 2026.
