Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites sealed electronic bids for a one-year commercial contract for the loading and transportation of rock salt from Makrach Mine No. 58. The scope of work involves hauling extracted rock salt from Mine No. 58 to the PMDC Makrach Weighbridge, the Belowal Depot, and directly to M/s. LCI Khewra. Eligible contractors must be registered with the relevant Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) departments, and maintain active status on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. The procurement process is conducted entirely via electronic bidding using the EPADS gateway. Bidders must upload their technical and financial proposals along with a refundable bid security of 100,000 Rupees in the shape of a demand draft or pay order drawn in favor of PMDC on or before 11:00 AM on 03 June 2026.
