The Office of the Executive Engineer PWD Building Division Bhimber, Physical Planning and Housing (PP&H) Department of Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites sealed electronic bids for the repair and renovation of Fruit Nursery No. 01 located at Heer, Tehsil Barnala, District Bhimber. This public sector agricultural infrastructure development project is being executed under the Single Stage-Single Envelope e-bidding system in strict conformity with AJK PPRA Rule 36(a). Eligible engineering firms and contractors must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license alongside a formal endorsement from the PP&H Department of AJ&K for the financial year 2025-26, categorized at C-6 or above with specialized CE-10 engineering codes. Bidders must upload a scanned copy of the required 141,500 PKR refundable bid security instrument directly onto their electronic dashboard.
