Description / Scope of Work
The Services Hospital on Jail Road, Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders from well-reputed manufacturers, authorized sole agents, distributors, and direct importers for the procurement of medical devices, disposable items, and surgical sutures. This bulk supply framework contract is designed to meet the operational demands of the hospital for the upcoming financial year 2026-2027. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as mandated by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Participating firms must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and possess active registration with the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) where applicable. Comprehensive bidding documents containing item-wise technical specifications and submission guidelines can be acquired from the purchase department. Properly sealed technical and financial proposals must be submitted by 10:30 AM on 06 June 2026, and the technical bids will be opened publicly at 11:00 AM on the same day.
