The Private Power and Infrastructure Board in Islamabad, Federal Government invites expressions of interest for the appointment of competent advertising agencies to manage its public relations, institutional campaigns, and strategic media placement workflows. Appointed agencies will be expected to design and execute high-impact communication strategies across print, digital, and electronic media platforms in strict accordance with the institutional requirements and policy frameworks. Interested media and advertising firms must demonstrate extensive industry experience, strong national reach, creative capability, and full regulatory compliance with relevant communication bodies. Submissions detailing corporate profiles, past relevant portfolios, and technical capabilities must be fully compiled and delivered to the office of the Joint Director of Public Relations located at the Second Floor of the Emigration Tower in Sector G-4/1. All comprehensive technical and commercial proposals must be finalized and submitted before the official deadline at 18:00 hours on 18 May 2026.
