The Office of the Executive Engineer, Nara Canal Division Khairpur @ Sukkur in Sukkur, Sindh invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal for the procurement of goods, civil, electrical, and mechanical works. This comprehensive framework tender targets the operational maintenance, structural regulation, and necessary allied works for the Main Canal, distributing channels, and related infrastructure across the Nara Canal Division throughout the financial year 2026-2027. Participating contractors and engineering firms must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration certificate valid through June 2026 with relevant field specialization codes. Eligible bidders must also be actively registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income tax purposes and the Sindh Revenue Board for sales tax compliance, maintaining a valid active taxpayer status. Technical and financial proposals prepared strictly in accordance with SPPRA Rules 2010 must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system. A mandatory earnest money deposit of 1,152,490 Rupees along with a non-refundable tender fee of 5,000 Rupees is required for participation. All electronic bids must be finalized and successfully uploaded via the portal no later than 01:00 PM on 04 June 2026.
