The Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives in Islamabad, Federal Government issues a critical clarification regarding the prequalification process for its Development Communication Project. This notice updates the reference advertisement published under PID No. PID(I)9008/25 on 08th May, 2026, concerning prequalification services for the Financial Years 2025-26 and 2026-27. It is formally clarified that the electronic procurement link previously provided inadvertently directed users to EPADS 1.0. Bidders are hereby explicitly instructed that the active procurement and prequalification workflow is hosted on the updated EPADS 2.0 platform. All interested firms and vendors must access, download, and submit their formal technical and financial electronic proposals through the correct portal link at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/login. All other original terms, organizational conditions, and submission deadlines specified in the initial advertisement remain completely unchanged.
