The Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) in Hyderabad, Sindh invites e-bids through the PPRA EPADS portal for execution of civil and structural works under Tender No. GSC-21/2025-26. The scope of work involves the construction of foundations for steel tubular poles, alongside subsequent erection and stringing works for a 132KV DC Transmission Line designed to feed the Nooriabad-II Grid Station. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must hold an active Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration license in the C4 category or above, with specialized field codes CE02, CE10, and EE05. Bidders are strictly required to demonstrate relevant project experience, hold active taxpayer status with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and submit a bid security of PKR 1,500,000. Scanned copies of the bid security must be uploaded to the portal, while original documents must reach the Project Director GSC office one working day prior to the deadline. Electronic proposals must be submitted through the EPADS system before 10:00 AM on 11 June 2026, and the technical public opening will take place at 11:30 AM on the same day.
