The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed item-rate quotations from reputable contractors and firms for the comprehensive redesign works of the Procurement Department located at the Fauji Foundation Building, IBA Main Campus. The operational scope involves execution of dismantling works including doors, frames, and fittings, alongside structural additions, partition installation, electrical routing, and interior touch-ups as detailed in the attached Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and design drawings. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Monday, May 18, 2026, at 3:30 PM to brief interested bidders on physical parameters. Eligible vendors must adhere to general terms including a mandatory 8% Sindh Sales Tax (SST) application, a 0.35% stamp duty on goods, and compliance with institutional evaluation benchmarks. Sealed financial and technical quotes must be submitted to the Purchase Department at the Main Campus on University Road no later than 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026.
