Description / Scope of Work
The National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP), Sector M-4 in Faisalabad, Punjab invites sealed tenders from reputed government-registered firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers, and suppliers for the procurement of various IT equipment and IT accessories. The scope of supply includes essential hardware such as high-performance laptops, heavy-duty network printers, robust UPS units, and professional DSLR cameras, alongside miscellaneous IT items. This procurement process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in strict compliance with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules. All participating bidders must be actively registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and must maintain an active status on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. Tender documents containing comprehensive technical specifications, terms, and evaluation criteria can be obtained from the office of the Sector Commander in Faisalabad. Completed technical and financial proposals must be submitted to the designated authority by 11:30 AM on 02 June 2026, with technical bids scheduled to be publicly opened at 12:00 PM on the same day.
