The Directorate of Sports Complexes, Lahore Development Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites competitive e-bids from eligible single or corporate entities for the provision of comprehensive janitorial services at the LDA Sports Complex located in Gulberg, Lahore. The selected contractor will assume operational responsibility for maintaining strict cleanliness, sanitization, and hygienic upkeep across all indoor and outdoor areas of the specialized athletic facility under a single-stage two-envelope bidding framework. This structural procurement workflow is handled entirely through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority.
