The Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited in Karachi, Federal Government invites competitive electronic bids from eligible international and national reinsurance brokers and companies for the procurement of reinsurance coverage for the National Insurance Company Limited Marine Excess of Loss Treaties for the 2026-2027 period. Operating as a public sector entity under the Ministry of Commerce, the procurement process is executed entirely through the electronic EPADS portal version 2.0. Bidders must be registered on the electronic dashboard to access complete specifications, structural criteria, and comprehensive compliance terms. No manual proposal submissions will be entertained under any circumstances, as the entire framework is digital. Technical and financial proposals prepared in strict accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 must be successfully uploaded through the designated e-bidding portal no later than 11:00 AM on 18 June 2026.
