The Military Engineering Services, CMES Army Kohat in Kohat, KPK invites sealed lump sum tenders from authorized and enlisted contractors for execution of comprehensive repair and maintenance works within its administrative area of responsibility. The extensive infrastructure upkeep project operates under a structural lump sum tender framework to be implemented in close conjunction with the standard General Conditions of Contract and the updated Military Engineering Services Schedule of Rates. The complete scope of engineering works encompasses building repairs, road maintenance, landing grounds upkeep, external and internal electrification, water supply engineering, and Sui Gas infrastructure systems. Interested bidding firms must submit their official proposals manually inside the office of the executive engineer by 11:50 AM, with the formal opening of bids scheduled to take place immediately at 12:00 PM on the same day. All participating engineering contractors must be fully authorized to tender for this contract and ensure that all returned tender documents strictly comply with the established rules.
