Description / Scope of Work
The Metropolitan Corporation Lahore in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed item rate tenders under a single-stage one-envelope bidding framework for the comprehensive rehabilitation of plain cement concrete streets around the Imam Bargah for Muharram-ul-Harram 2026 within the Gulberg Zone. The scope of physical engineering works involves executing multiple critical street repairs, including the excavation of 2,594 cubic feet of old foundations, removing the accumulated construction debris up to five miles, and installing fifty running feet of six-inch diameter PVC piping. Additional civil works encompass laying seventy-three cubic feet of sand filling in trenches, constructing twelve gully gratings with reinforced cement concrete slabs, completing ten sewer connections, and repairing fifteen house hodies. Contractors will also be responsible for fixing twelve precast reinforced cement concrete slabs, executing multiple water and gas connection repairs, constructing five manholes using brickwork, and laying 1,636 cubic feet of stone-product sub-base course alongside 2,160 cubic feet of plain cement concrete. All electronic bids must be completed and uploaded through the designated e-procurement dashboard no later than 10:30 AM on 02 June 2026.
