The Panjnad Headworks Division of the Punjab Irrigation Department in Muzaffargarh, Punjab invites sealed bids for the operations, management, and maintenance of the toll plaza located at Panjnad Headworks. The scope of this public sector contract involves the robust management of facility operations alongside the systematic collection of advance monthly net guarantee toll revenue, including all advance applicable taxes, covering a consecutive three hundred and sixty-five day period from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The official reserve price for this commercial operation is fixed at eleven crore, nineteen lakh, seventy-six thousand, eight hundred and ninety Rupees annually. Eligible corporate entities and contractors must submit a mandatory bid security amount of fifty-five lakh, ninety-eight thousand, eight hundred and forty-five Rupees, representing five percent of the reserve value.
