The Nawaz Sharif Social Security Teaching Hospital on Multan Road in Lahore, Punjab invites encrypted electronic bids from registered pharmacies and active medical suppliers for an annual framework contract to supply medicines on an M:20 basis. This public healthcare procurement contract supports hospital operations for the upcoming financial year 2026-27 on a Free on Board (FOR) delivery model. Participating firms must be registered with the relevant regulatory bodies, hold active income tax and sales tax profiles, and maintain a clear compliance record free from any PPRA or PESSI blacklisting. The procurement follows a single-stage, two-envelope competitive bidding procedure conducted online via the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS). Eligible bidders are required to upload their technical and financial proposals separately along with a mandatory two percent bid security, submitted in the form of a bank guarantee or call deposit receipt to the medical superintendent before the designated closing hour.
