Description / Scope of Work
The Headquarters Director General Works & Chief Engineer (Defence Production) GHQ Rawalpindi in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed applications and tenders for miscellaneous civil, electrical, mechanical, and structural defense production infrastructure works. The scope of work spans across multiple military stations including the Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) Kamra, Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) Taxila Cantt, and the CMES (DP) Complex at Chaklala. Participating engineering firms and construction contractors must be pre-qualified with the Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi, and preferably be enlisted with the Military Engineer Services (MES) in Categories A, B, or C. Eligible applicants must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license effective until at least June 2026, maintain active Federal Board of Revenue taxpayer registration, and show no outstanding recoveries or adverse litigation history. Technical and financial proposals accompanied by a mandatory two percent refundable bid security must be physically delivered to the HQ DW&CE (DP) office before the designated evaluation closing deadline.
