Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Department in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed tenders on e-PADS from eligible bidders and firms for the procurement of a communication SMS Bundle for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement is being conducted under a Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure in strict accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules 2014. The scope of work involves providing an estimated volume of one hundred thousand SMS messages per month to support official institutional communications. To be eligible to apply, participating firms must maintain active registrations with both the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be listed on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidding documents containing complete technical specifications can be downloaded from the official e-PADS platform or the KP Police website for a non-refundable fee of 500 Rupees. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the e-PADS portal no later than 10:30 AM on 05 June 2026, accompanied by a mandatory two percent bid security.
