Financed under institutional development allocations, the comprehensive engineering scope of work demands the complete laying, jointing, alignment, and pressure testing of mild steel firefighting pipeline networks alongside associated municipal infrastructure fittings. To ensure baseline eligibility, interested participating firms must hold active corporate registrations for National Tax Number and General Sales Tax with the Federal Board of Revenue and maintain a verified listing on the Active Taxpayer List of the Punjab Revenue Authority. Bidding procedures will be strictly governed under a Single Stage Two Envelope method in accordance with Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority regulations.
