The Victualling Stores Depot of the Pakistan Navy in Karachi, Federal Government invites sealed commercial quotations from reputable, GST registered, and financially sound firms, contractors, and parties for the bulk supply of coastal and survey ration items during the Next Financial Year 2026-2027. The procurement portfolio covers a variety of food provisions and rations, specifically including Hunter Beef, Fried Dall Moong, Fried Dall Channa, Biscuits, Special Naan or Paki Pakai Roti, Potato Chips, Pickle, Coffee, and Nimko. Orders will be placed for the required quantities from time to time on an as-and-when-required basis throughout the contractual year. Complete invitation to tender documents, along with detailed material specifications and descriptions of all stated food articles, can be obtained directly from the Victualling Store Depot premises at National Stadium Road. Successful bidders will be strictly required to deposit a bank guarantee equivalent to five percent of the total contracted value. Sealed quotations must be hand-delivered to the Commanding Officer no later than 10:00 AM on 01 June 2026, and will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM.
