The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure for the commercial procurement and supply of specialized Lithium Bromide Solution with a strict fifty percent concentration level tailored to institutional facility specifications. To satisfy mandatory baseline eligibility requirements, participating bidders must have readily available physical stock to facilitate urgent, time-sensitive logistical delivery and must provide explicit documented proof of previous corporate experience in supplying Lithium Bromide by submitting past purchase orders. Additionally, bidders are permitted to quote a maximum of two product options, provided each option is accompanied by separate competitive pricing matrices. All pages of the bidding documents must be signed and stamped by the authorized personnel to prevent structural rejection. The earnest money deposits of unsuccessful participants will be systematically returned within five days of the official publication of the Final Evaluation Report on the electronic EPADS and federal PPRA portals.
