The Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division in Nowshera, KPK invites sealed competitive bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System platform for the annual maintenance, operations, and technical repair of existing municipal water supply schemes for the financial year 2025-26. The centralized engineering procurement framework is divided into two distinct engineering lots. Lot 1 encompasses comprehensive civil works with an estimated budget of 10.56 million Rupees, requiring a combined bid security and stamp duty deposit of 0.255 million Rupees. Lot 2 covers specialized electrical and mechanical works carrying an estimated project cost of 8.200 million Rupees, paired with a mandatory bid security allocation of 0.175 million Rupees. Participating contractors must be actively registered with EPADS, KP-PPRA, and the Federal Board of Revenue with an active NTN status, hold a valid PEC registration with relevant code specializations, and maintain an active taxpaying status with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Additionally, firms applying for mechanical lots must submit a valid Cat-E license issued by the provincial Electrical Inspector and a local district warehouse verification certificate. Sealed electronic proposals must be submitted through the portal no later than 11:30 AM on 04 June 2026.
