The Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids from experienced contractors and firms for managing the commercial disposal of industrial effluent at the Rahim Yar Khan Industrial Estate. Financed under provincial environmental allocations, the operational scope of work demands the comprehensive handling, management, and regulatory disposal of industrial waste and liquid effluent streams to ensure complete ecological safety compliance. The contract will initially be awarded for a period of one year, with an option for further extension based on satisfactory performance metrics. Participating bidders must hold valid active registrations with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax, maintain a verified listing on the Active Taxpayers List, and possess documented corporate experience in executing similar environmental or waste management works. Bidding will follow a Single Stage One Envelope procedure according to Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. Separate technical and financial bids must be compiled and submitted online via the electronic e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System platform no later than 3:00 PM on 08 June 2026, accompanied by a mandatory bid security deposit of 398,191 Rupees in the form of a bank guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt.
