INTERNATIONAL TENDER NOTICE FOR SUPPLY CONTRACT OF LIVESTOCK (GOATS)

The Balochistan Rural Support Programme in Quetta, Balochistan invites sealed bids from experienced suppliers for an international tender to supply livestock under an EU-funded post-floods resilient recovery project. The contract involves delivering a total of 9,960 young and healthy adult goats divided across two target districts. Lot 1 requires 4,150 animals for Lasbela, while Lot 2 requires 5,810 animals for Jaffarabad, distributed to beneficiaries in a strict ratio of four females to one male. Eligible bidders must demonstrate at least 5 years of relevant industry experience and maintain active registration with the income tax authorities under the tax laws of Pakistan. Complete firm profiles along with a refundable bid security amounting to 2% of the total bid value must be submitted in accordance with the ITT guidelines. A pre-bid coordination meeting is scheduled to take place at the BRSP Head Office on 30 June 2026. All finalized proposals must be delivered electronically or physically to the procurement section no later than 5:00 PM on 20 July 2026.
