The Punjab Institute of Land Management (PILM) under the Board of Revenue, Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids for a comprehensive annual framework agreement for the provision of operational support staff at its Gulberg III facility in Lahore. The human resource outsourcing contract spans multiple specialized categories across designated structural lots, including 5 Drivers (Matric/Intermediate with 3 to 5 years experience), 5 Security Guards (Middle pass, medically fit or ex-servicemen from the Pakistan Army), 2 Cooks, 4 Sweepers, and 2 Mali. Interested service providers, human resource consultants, and security companies must maintain valid approvals from the Punjab Home Department, hold active corporate registrations with federal and provincial tax authorities (FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority for Income Tax, Sales Tax, and PRA services), and remain clear of any blacklisting declarations on the PPRA registries. Participating firms must compile technical proposals alongside individual lot-based bid securities calculated directly against the reserve salary baselines.
