Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL), under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, invites electronic sealed bids for Tender No. NICL/04/NM/2026 regarding Insurance Coverage for NICL Non-Marine XOL Treaties 2026-2027. This high-value public procurement falls under the Single-Stage, One-Envelope framework in strict compliance with the Federal Public Procurement Rules 2004. The commercial scope of work features dual financial risk placement packages: a Non-Proportional NICL Non-Marine (Fire & Engineering) XOL Treaty and a Non-Proportional NICL Non-Marine (Fire, Engineering, and Motor) CAT XOL Treaty, covering a tentative annual risk placement period from July 20, 2026 to July 19, 2027.
