Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Services invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of an early and protective enclosure system. This procurement is issued under KPPRA guidelines and relates to the provision of specialized infrastructure with an estimated cost of PKR 2.7 million. The tender encompasses design, fabrication, delivery and installation of the enclosure system to meet the technical specifications outlined in the tender documents. The scope of work includes site preparation, structural installation, quality assurance testing and commissioning within the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant taxation and regulatory authorities and possess valid GST certificates or equivalent tax compliance documentation. All bidders must submit proof of technical capability and previous experience in similar installations. The bid security amount is PKR 54,000 and must be submitted in the prescribed format as per KPPRA regulations. Bidders should carefully review all technical specifications, drawing references and statutory requirements before submitting their bids.
Bid documents are available for inspection and download from the KP Health Services office during working hours. Sealed bids must be submitted before the closing date of June 4, 2026 at the designated location. Bids will be opened on the same date in the presence of authorized representatives.
