Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Board of Revenue, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids for the procurement of Microsoft Software for FBR Data Centers under the Pakistan Raises Revenue Program (PPRP) financed by the World Bank. This one-envelope bidding process covers four lots: Upgrade of Dynamics CRM 2016 with bid security of PKR 500,000; Microsoft Windows Server 2025 Licensing valued at PKR 2,500,000; Microsoft Exchange Server at PKR 1,200,000; and Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise at PKR 800,000. The total procurement value is PKR 5,000,000 and serves the Federal Board of Revenue located in Islamabad, Federal territory of Pakistan. The project aims to enhance data center capabilities and operational efficiency through modern software infrastructure.
Eligible bidders must be registered vendors authorized to provide Microsoft software solutions and possess appropriate licensing certifications. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots independently, with each lot evaluated separately. Partial bids for incomplete quantities are acceptable. Bidders must provide bid security as specified for each lot in the form of a pay order, demand draft, call deposit receipt, or bank guarantee issued by a scheduled Pakistani bank. All bids must comply with the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers Fifth Edition September 2023.
Bidding documents are available from the Assistant Procurement Specialist at the FBR House, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad, during office hours 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on business days, or may be downloaded from www.fbr.gov.pk/tenders without additional charges. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 25 May 2026 at 11:30 hours PST at the FBR House. Bids must be delivered by 11:30 AM on 8 June 2026, with public opening at the same address. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Late submissions will be rejected.
