Description / Scope of Work
The Central Military Engineer Services (CMES) at Pakistan Air Force Faisal invites sealed tenders for three categories of repair, renovation and maintenance works at PAF facilities in accordance with PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004. The works comprise repair and renovation of a residential facility at PAF costing approximately Rs. 9.886 million, repair and replacement of furniture for a non-residential facility at PAF costing approximately Rs. 9.900 million, and leftover work for a non-residential facility at PAF costing approximately Rs. 9.999 million. These projects are located at PAF Faisal in the Federal province and represent significant maintenance and upgrade initiatives for Pakistan Air Force infrastructure.
All contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and must submit a copy of their registration certificate, as unregistered contractors are ineligible to apply. Eligible contractors must be born on the approved list of MES in Category B, C, or D, or on approved lists of other government agencies with no-limit status, and must have relevant experience in similar repair and renovation works. Contractors are required to provide a certificate confirming they are not involved in any litigation with government departments in courts of law and that no outstanding special report exists against them from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ). Bid security and other financial conditions as per PPRA rules must be complied with.
Applications for tender documents must be submitted by 03 June 2026 along with complete credentials and experience documentation. Tender documents will only be issued to scrutinized firms meeting experience and special condition requirements. Sealed tenders must be received at the accepting office by 1130 hours on 04 June 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in accordance with PPRA regulations.
