Islamabad Club invites sealed technical proposals for the pre-qualification of suppliers for the supply of fresh fruits and vegetables. This pre-qualification notice is issued to identify and register eligible suppliers who meet the club's standards and requirements for ongoing procurement of fresh produce. The pre-qualification process aims to streamline future procurement activities and ensure consistent quality of fruits and vegetables supplied to the club's facilities in Islamabad, Federal Territory. Suppliers are required to meet eligibility criteria as detailed in the bidding document, which includes relevant business registration, tax compliance, and experience in the fresh produce supply sector. All submissions must be made exclusively through the e-PADS online portal; hard copies are not accepted. Interested suppliers should download the prequalification document containing terms of reference, evaluation criteria, and contract conditions from www.eprocure.gov.pk under the e-PADS section or from www.islamabadclub.org.pk.
Bid security, applicable licenses, and other eligibility requirements are specified in the prequalification document available for free download. Suppliers must ensure compliance with all mandatory requirements outlined in the bidding document to be considered for pre-qualification. The evaluation will be conducted based on the criteria set forth in the tender documents.
Online submission through e-PADS is mandatory with a deadline of June 04, 2026 at 11:00 hours. Technical proposal opening is scheduled for June 04, 2026 at 11:30 hours at Islamabad Club, Murree Road, Islamabad.
