Description / Scope of Work
This tender invites bids for the elimination of ponding points across Mandi Bahauddin city in Punjab through construction of Nullah 1.50 x 1.50 feet (385 running feet) with PCC pavement, tuff tiles, and RCC sewer 12 inch fitted with allied works. The project is valued at 4.760 million rupees with an earnest money requirement of 0.238 million rupees, supervised by the Deputy Director Engineering. The work encompasses comprehensive infrastructure development including earthwork excavation, cement concrete brick and stone ballast foundations, pacca brick work, cement plaster, concrete finishing, reinforced cement concrete structures, and material carriage over distances up to 120 kilometers within the Mandi Bahauddin locality.
Eligible bidders must possess valid contractor licenses and comply with all procurement regulations issued by relevant provincial authorities. Bid security in the form of earnest money deposit of 0.238 million rupees is mandatory. Contractors must demonstrate technical competence and financial capacity to execute the stipulated works within the specified timeframe of 20 days.
