Description / Scope of Work
LINAR Cancer Hospital, Larkana invites sealed bids for the purchase of anti-cancer drugs and medicines for cancer patients sourced from Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal funds. This two-year procurement covers the fiscal period 2026-27 to 2027-28 with an allocated budget of approximately Rs 50 million. The tender is issued under a single-stage two-envelope system requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible participants include registered manufacturers, importers, authorized dealers, sole distributors, and national or multi-national pharmaceutical companies operating in Pakistan.
Bidders must be duly registered and authorized to supply anti-cancer pharmaceuticals. A security deposit equivalent to one percent of the total allocated project budget or the bid amount, whichever is applicable, must be submitted in the form of a pay order or demand draft issued in the name of Head LAO LINAR. All bids must be submitted exclusively through the PPRA EPADS online portal. Tender documents are available for purchase on or before 04 June 2026 from the office of the Admin Officer at LINAR for a non-refundable fee of Rs 2,000.
Online bid submission closes on 05 June 2026 at 10:00 am, with opening scheduled for 10:30 am on the same date at the hospital office in the presence of participating bidders or their authorized representatives. Tender documents may be downloaded from the PPRA EPADS portal, AECH-LINAR website (www.linarlarkana.paec.gov.pk), or obtained in person during office hours from 08:00 am to 02:00 pm, except Friday when hours are 08:00 am to 12:00 pm. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept, reject, or annul any tender or part thereof at any stage.
