Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, a gas transmission and distribution company, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, and stockist suppliers for the supply of fabrication material. The tender enquiry reference is FCS/SDQ/TE/023/26, with procurement to be conducted in Federal territory at the Project South Spread KLP Road near Jamal Din Walli Bypass in Sadiqabad. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and possess valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificates as of 2025-26, maintaining active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue. Only original equipment manufacturers or authorized suppliers recognized by original manufacturers are eligible to participate in this competitive bidding process.
Bidders are required to submit a bid bond of quoted material value in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan on a non-judicial stamp paper favoring SNGPL. Bid security must be received along with technical and commercial quotations in sealed envelopes. The tender documents, containing detailed terms, conditions, technical specifications, and bid evaluation criteria, are available on the PPRA website (EPAD) for download. A tender download and printing fee of Rs. 1,000 must be paid to SNGPL via banker's cheque or pay order. Bidders must clearly mention GST rates on each item in their quotations, with 17 percent considered the applicable rate in absence of specified details.
Bids must reach the Procurement Department at SNGPL Project South Spread KLP Road near Jamal Din Walli Bypass, Sadiqabad, on or before 08.06.2026 at 15:00 hours (closing time), with public opening scheduled for 15:30 hours on the same day at EPAD. Tender documents must be submitted in duplicate sealed covers marked as Confidential with tender inquiry number and bid opening date clearly labeled.
