Description / Scope of Work
MDA Multan invites tenders for the construction and repair of a boundary wall in Fatima Jinnah Town, Vehari Road, Multan, Punjab. The estimated project cost is PKR 10,740,602 with a completion period of four months from January 1, 2026 to June 31, 2026. The scope of work includes excavation in foundation of building and other structures with proper dressing and refilling, cement concrete brick or stone ballast work in foundation and plinth at specified ratios, pacca brick work in cement sand mortar, damp proof course provision with bitumen coating, cement pointing of joints on walls up to 20 feet height, cement flush pointing work, and fabrication of steel grated doors with complete locking arrangements and iron bars. The project also involves preparation and painting of guard bars, gates and railings as per specifications.
Bidders must possess valid contractor registration and relevant experience in similar construction and repair works. An earnest money deposit of PKR 537,000 representing 5 percent of the estimated cost is required to be submitted with the tender. Bidders should carefully examine the site conditions, material availability, labour provisions, transportation facilities and all other factors that may influence their bid. The tenderer shall work out amounts against each item in the bid schedule and indicate the total tender price. All tender documents must be filled in ink with proper attestation, and no corrections shall be permissible in rates or amounts after tender opening.
