Description / Scope of Work
The University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Building and Works Department invites sealed tender bids on single stage one envelope basis for special repair works of two hostels at Rachna College of Engineering and Technology, Gujranwala, under reference IEP-5030. The estimated project cost is Rs 3,561,570 with a completion period of two months. This procurement is open to contractors and firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and compliant with income tax registration requirements for the financial year 2025-26 as per PPRA IT-Tendering system rules.
All interested contractors and firms must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) for participation in the tendering process. Bid security is required at two percent of the estimated contract cost. Bidders must submit original Competency Documents at two percent of the estimated cost with letter heads before the tender closing time. The tender process follows PPRA Rules 2014 as amended and updated, and all applicable government laws and policies will be deducted as per government instructions.
Bidding documents are available for download from the PPRA website and UET website. Contractors must attend the office of the Project Director, Building and Works Department, UET Lahore on or before 10-06-2026 at 11:00 AM to submit original CDRs in the specified format. Technical bid opening will occur on the same date at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and representatives from EPADS. All bids must be submitted through the electronic system with earnest money; no tender will be accepted without earnest money. For further information, contact Engr.
