Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi invites electronic bids on EPADS from active taxpayers, manufacturers, firms, companies, or suppliers registered with SPPRA EPADS and relevant tax authorities for two tenders related to overall operation, maintenance, and supply of spares on a need basis for electrical and allied facilities. Tender 1 covers IBA Main Campus for the period Maint/01/25-26 with a bid security of 2% and tender fee of Rs. 5,000. Tender 2 covers IBA Boys Hostel for the period Maint/02/25-26 with identical bid security and tender fee requirements. Both tenders are located in Karachi, Sindh province, and follow a single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure.
Bidders must be registered with SPPRA EPADS and relevant tax authorities to be eligible. A mandatory site visit is required for both tenders: June 04, 2026 at 11:00 AM for IBA Main Campus and June 05, 2026 at 11:00 AM for IBA Boys Hostel. The bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favour of IBA Karachi. Only uploaded bids along with supporting documents will be accepted on EPADS; in case of contradiction between EPADS submitted bid and manually submitted bid, the EPADS bid will be considered valid for evaluation purposes.

The tender fee can be generated from the IBA website and deposited in any Meezan Bank branch. Bids must be submitted through SPPRA EPADS portal by June 10, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM and will be opened on June 10, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
