Pakistan Airports Authority invites sealed bids for the procurement of heavy duty tensa barriers and pedestrian barriers with fabrication at JIAP Karachi. This tender is issued under PPRA Rule No. 36(b) and is open to bidders registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments holding valid NTN and GST registration on the Active Taxpayer List of PAC-PADS website. The fixed bid security required is Pak Rs 350,000, and the contract will cover fabrication and supply of the specified barriers for airport operations in Sindh province. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and maintain active status on the PAC-PADS portal to be eligible for participation. A bid security of Pak Rs 350,000 must be submitted with technical proposals in hard format sealed envelopes, while a copy of the bid security in the form of a pay order or bank guarantee must be attached through E-PADS online submission before the closing deadline. All bids must be submitted electronically through the PPRA E-PAD System V2 in accordance with the bidding documents and guidelines provided by PPRA on their official portal.
Bid documents are available on the PPRA E-PAD system at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ before the closing time and date of 16 June 2026 at 11:30 hours. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 hours via E-PADS.
