Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority (CDA), Maintenance Division No. III (SB), invites e-bids for the repair and maintenance of the ANNEXES with Kitchen and Baths House located at No. 25-I Street 10, F-6/3, Islamabad. The estimated NIT cost for this project is Rs. 14,423,119/-, with earnest money required of Rs. 432,600/-. This maintenance work is part of the CDA's ongoing asset preservation and facility management initiatives in Islamabad, Federal province.
Bidders must be well-reputed, registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above, and hold a valid Registration Certificate with project code CE-01 for the year 2025-26 to demonstrate eligibility and qualification. Prospective bidders are required to submit a Bid Security or Earnest Money (CDR) amounting to Rs. 432,600/- from any scheduled bank. All bids must be uploaded on the E-PADS portal with scanned copies of the Certificate of Eligibility on Original Judicial Stamp Paper (worth Rs. 50) and certification for non-relationship with CDA also on Original Judicial Stamp Paper of similar value. Firms must provide one year's satisfactory completion certificate(s) in the relevant nature of work and have prior experience in BID Zone and participants.
Bidding documents are available exclusively on the PPRA E-PADS portal with no hard copies issued. Interested bidders must submit their bids online through E-PADS at http://eorccure.gov.pk before the opening date of 8 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tender opening will take place on the same date at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives at the office of Director Maintenance, CDA, located at G-6 Melody Islamabad.
