Prequalification for Miscellaneous Renovation and Maintenance Works at HEC Islamabad

The Higher Education Commission invites prequalification applications from eligible firms for miscellaneous finishing, renovation, repair, maintenance and furnishing works at HEC premises located in Sector H-8 and H-9, Islamabad, Federal Pakistan. This procurement is being conducted under an Open Framework Agreement model, allowing the HEC to engage prequalified firms for various maintenance and renovation activities on an as-needed basis throughout the agreement period. The scope encompasses general renovation work, structural repairs, finishing works, maintenance services and furnishing installations at the HEC administrative offices in Islamabad.

Eligible applicants must be registered firms with valid business registration, Pakistani tax clearance certificates, and relevant experience in similar renovation and maintenance projects. Applicants should demonstrate financial stability with adequate turnover in preceding years, technical capacity through past project portfolios, and workforce capability. Firms must provide evidence of previous experience in comparable maintenance and finishing works, along with references from client organizations. Required documentation includes detailed financial statements, audited accounts, details of current contract commitments, and certificates of compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Interested firms must submit complete prequalification applications in sealed envelopes to the HEC office at Sector H-9, Islamabad by the closing deadline of June 9, 2026. Applications will be opened on the same date in the presence of interested applicants.
