Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Council of Research in Water Resources, a body corporate of the Ministry of Water Resources, invites sealed bids from reputable firms and suppliers registered with PEC in category C-4 or above for the year 2025-26 to undertake General Maintenance Works for PCRWR buildings located at multiple sites including the Head Office in Islamabad, R&D Farm Dar Kali Kalan in Gujarat Khan, and other PCRWR facilities. The scope of work encompasses building maintenance, repairs, and upkeep across these strategic water resources research installations in the Federal capital and surrounding areas. Bidders must submit complete proposals with detailed specifications, drawings, and methodology as per the tender documents provided.
Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-4 or above for the fiscal year 2025-26, possessing valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registrations with the FBR. Bid security amounting to Rs. 1,265,657 is required in the form of a demand draft or pay order made payable to the Chairman of PCRWR. All bids must be accompanied by earnest money as specified, and bids without proper security and conditional tenders shall not be considered for evaluation. Bidders should ensure compliance with all technical and financial requirements outlined in the bidding documents.
Complete bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, drawings, procurement procedures, bid evaluation criteria, and performance guarantees are available on the PCRWR website and through PPRA EPAODS portal. Documents can be downloaded from www.pcrwr.gov.pk. Interested bidders must submit duly completed and sealed bids by 3rd June 2026 before 11:00 AM at the PCRWR Head Office in Islamabad. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
