2 Mini MSANs (256 POTS + 256 POTS) for TDM to IP Migration by NTC

National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites electronic bids from registered contractors and service providers for the provision of 02 Mini MSANs (256 POTS + 256 POTS) to support TDM to IP migration in the jurisdiction of NTC Exchange Jauharabad, Punjab. This tender (Reference No. DE-FSD/49-D(a)/2025-26) is issued by the NTC Divisional Office in Tariqabad, Faisalabad, and covers the supply and installation of telecommunications equipment essential for network modernisation in the region. The project aims to facilitate the transition from traditional Time Division Multiplexing technology to IP-based systems, improving service delivery and network capacity in Jauharabad.

Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and possess relevant experience in telecommunications equipment supply and installation. Tender security (earnest money) is required as per the bid documents specifications. The performance security will be demanded upon contract award, and bidders must furnish a Declaration of Beneficial Owner Information as per procurement regulations. Only electronic bids submitted through the EPADS portal will be accepted; manual submissions are not permitted.
