Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department, Tehsil Lahor, District Swabi invites sealed tenders for two beautification and infrastructure improvement projects under ADP NO 941/25118 for the financial year 2025-26. The first project involves beautification and infrastructure improvement at the University of the City campus in Tehsil Lahor, District Swabi with an engineer's estimated cost of 50.00 million rupees. The second project encompasses beautification, improvement, and rehabilitation of model streets and roads along with allied civil works at urban centres in Lahor, Zaida, Beka, and Jehangira, also with an estimated cost of 50.00 million rupees. Both projects are tendered on a single-stage two envelope procedure basis, with a bid security requirement of 2 percent of the engineer's estimated cost.
Eligible contractors and firms must be registered with the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), Pakistan Engineering Council in the required category with necessary codes as specified in the bid documents, maintain active status with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and possess active FBR NTN or Sales Tax registration. A non-refundable tender form fee of 0.03 percent on the engineer's estimated cost must be included in the technical proposal. Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial bids through EPADS, with physical bid security and additional security receipts submitted to the Assistant Director, LG&RD office before the bid closing deadline.
Bid solicitation documents can be downloaded from the official EPADS portal and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA website. Technical and financial bids must be submitted through EPADS before 12:00 PM on 9 June 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same date. Clarifications, if any, may be requested through EPADS until 2 June 2026. The bid validity period is 90 days, and all submissions must comply with KP-PRA notification guidelines and relevant provincial government rules.
