The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Pakistan is seeking an Individual Contractor to serve as a Local Governance Strategy and Implementation Specialist for the Municipal Administration Governance Project (MAGP). The position is based in Peshawar and involves 226 working days over a 12-month contract period. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing local governance strategies aligned with MAGP objectives. The duty station is Peshawar, and any travel outside the duty station required for the assignment will be covered by UNDP and should not be included in the financial proposal. This is a key technical role supporting Pakistan's local governance and municipal administration development.
Eligibility for this individual contractor position requires relevant experience in local governance, strategy development, and implementation in Pakistan or similar contexts. Interested contractors must possess demonstrated expertise in municipal governance, policy formulation, and stakeholder engagement. Applicants should register with the UNDP Quantum supplier portal system to submit their proposals.
