National Testing Service (NTS) Pakistan invites sealed proposals from duly registered consultants and firms for the hiring of a consultant or firm to develop a comprehensive Diversification Strategy Plan. The engagement is based in Islamabad, Federal Territory, and aims to support NTS Pakistan in expanding its service offerings and market reach. The scope of work includes strategic analysis, market assessment, and the formulation of a detailed diversification strategy that will guide the organization's growth initiatives.
