Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department, District Bannu, KPK is inviting sealed tenders for beautification and improvement of public infrastructure at UC Ghoriwala, Mughal Khel and Ismail Khel, Bannu. The project falls under the Uplifting/Beautification Activities Including Infrastructure Improvement, Monuments, Street Lights and Green Space in central District of KP Provincial ADP. The estimated cost of the work is Rs 100.00 million with a contract value category of C4 & Above. The tender is advertised under MRS-2025 (1st bi-Annual)/Non MRS-items as per approved PC-1 guidelines.
Eligible contractors and firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the C&W Department as per Centralized Enlistment Policy of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders are required to submit technical and financial bids through the EPADS portal. A bid security of Rs 20,000,000.0 at 2% of estimated cost in rupees is mandatory. The securities shall be in the form of call deposit in favor of the Assistant Director, LG&RDD, District Bannu.
Bid solicitation documents are available on the EPADS website (www.epads.gov.pk) and KP-PPRA portal (kp.ppra.gov.pk). The last date and time for submission of electronic tender form is 18th June 2026 at 12:30 PM. Online clarification requests must be submitted by 12th June 2026 at 05:00 PM. The opening of financial bids will be communicated after approval of technical bids. Bids remain valid for 90 days from the closing date. For participation in the tendering process, firms must register on EPADS to obtain their unique username and password.
