Description / Scope of Work
Lawrence College, Ghora Gali, Murree invites pre-qualification of firms and constructors for the Upgradation of Main Field at Senior School and Construction of 4 x MoQs (Mess of Quarters) at the college. The project is located in Murree, Punjab, and aims to enhance the educational infrastructure of this historic institution established in 1860. Interested firms must submit their pre-qualification documents to demonstrate technical capability and financial soundness for this significant development initiative.
Eligible firms must possess valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council updated for 2026-2027 in category C-3 and above with specialization codes CE01, CE04, CE09, CE10, E1 or E106 in relevant discipline. Firms are required to have valid National Tax Number and be registered as active taxpayers with Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any government or semi-government department and should have no involvement in litigation with any department in the past and present. All information submitted must be certified by affidavit on stamp paper as correct and truthful.
Pre-qualification documents are available for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 15,000 from the office of Sub Engineer, Lawrence College, Ghora Gali, Murree. Sealed envelopes containing pre-qualification documents must be submitted to The Principal, Lawrence College, Ghora Gali, Murree before the deadline of 10th June 2026 at 11:00 am. After pre-qualification completion, bidding documents will be provided to qualified contractors.
