Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Assistant Director Local Government and Rural Development Department, Tehsil Munda, District Dir Lower, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is inviting sealed tenders for uplifting and beautification activities with an estimated cost of 50.00 million rupees. The scope of work includes infrastructure improvements, beautification of main streets and roads, beautification of monuments, installation of street lights, rehabilitation and renovation of the football ground with installation of floodlights in Tehsil Munda. The tender is advertised under the MRS-2025 (1st Bi-Annual) budget and will be executed through the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure via EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Auction Display System).
Eligible contractors and firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and enlisted with the Communication and Works (C&W) Department in accordance with the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. The bid security required is 100,000 rupees (2% of estimated cost). Prospective bidders must possess valid PEC registration and KPRA (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority) certification as an active tax payer for the current financial year. Bids will remain valid for 90 days from the closing date.
Bid documents can be downloaded from the EPADS website (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and the KPPRA website. The last date and time for submission of tender forms is 17th June, 2026 at 11:30 AM, with opening scheduled for 17th June, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Bid documents must be prepared in favor of the Assistant Director LG & RDD Tehsil Munda Dir Lower, and a scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on EPADS at the time of submission.
