Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Railways, Sukkur Division invites sealed bids for the up-gradation of Sukkur Railway Station electrical works under FPADS reference F-2405/189 1466. The estimated cost of this project is Rs. 1.75 million with a completion period of 60 days. The work involves comprehensive electrical upgrades at Sukkur Railway Station in Sindh province. Only experienced firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) at C-6 or above category with specialization in EE-11(vi) and firms on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue are eligible to apply.
Both technical and financial bids must be submitted through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) as per PPRA Rules 36 (b) 2004 by interested firms. Bids will be evaluated on EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must submit original bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, or pay order in favor of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Sukkur before tender opening. The tender opening will occur on 05.06.2026 at 11:30 hours. Bid security must be submitted with technical bids, and complete scanned copies must be uploaded to EPADS before the closing deadline. Bids submitted after the specified date and time will not be entertained.
Bid documents can be downloaded from Pakistan Railways website (www.pakrail.pk), PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk), or EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders must register on EPADS to access tender documents and relevant information. Original bid security is mandatory for bid evaluation.
