Description / Scope of Work
The National Information Technology Board (NITB), an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication of the Government of Pakistan, is inviting sealed bids for the selection of a Human Resource (HR) Outsourcing Service Provider. The procurement aims to secure qualified and skilled human resources for provision of services to NITB in Islamabad, Federal. This RFP is open to reputed firms registered with the Income Tax Sales Tax departments and listed as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The tender-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and required specifications are available for free download from NITB and PPRA websites. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by the deadline of 6th June 2026 at 1100 hours, with technical bids opened on the same day at 1130 hours at NITB office in Islamabad.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms with proper tax compliance standing. A bid security instrument is mandatory and must be submitted by qualified online bidders in the office of the undersigned on or before the submission deadline. Bids received after the closing deadline will not be accepted and shall remain unopened. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time without incurring any liability towards bidders. E-mail or fax submissions are not acceptable.
