Description / Scope of Work
The Cabinet Division invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for civil works procurement involving the replacement of floor tiles in the first floor corridors and committee room of the Cabinet Division in Islamabad, along with dismantling of existing glazed or encaustic tiles. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and will be executed in Islamabad Capital Territory. Funds have been reserved for this project, which is categorized as a national-level civil works contract. The scope includes complete removal of old tiles, preparation of surfaces, and installation of new flooring materials in the specified areas of the Cabinet Secretariat building.
Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate in this procurement process. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. The selection will be made using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Eligible contractors, whether local or national, meeting the specified criteria and possessing valid licenses for civil works are invited to submit their bids.
E-bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available on the EPADS platform at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Interested bidders must register themselves on EPADS v2.0 to access and download the tender documents. E-bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal on or before Friday, June 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM using EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
